According to the policies set by the board of directors, a comprehensive restructuring program has been implemented at the beginning of 2004. This program aims to:

  • Adopt a new advanced organizational structure that depends on interaction with customers. 
  • Focus  on income generating banking activities.
  • Develop  and upgrade   the internal work environment with all its systems, policies, procedures and goals to contribute in creating an institutional culture based on performance and achievement orientation so as to measure the competencies instead of adopting the system of traditional tasks execution.
  • Boost   the employees’ productivity and rationalize  the work procedures, which will lead to cost-effectiveness, increase of revenues and consequently to achieve bank strategic goals represented by boosting profitability and return on investment.
