You can now send and receive messages and updates on your bank accounts, all new banking services and stay in contact with the bank 24/7 through subscribing to Iskan SMS Service through your mobile phone at any place and any time. This service is available free of charge to all our clients.

 

The Housing Bank provides two services:

 

1.     Push Message Service: You can receive SMS on your mobile phone on our numerous banking services (24 services) and updates on the transactions on your accounts. The service is in English and it is provided free of charge.

2.     Pull Message Service: You can send SMS from your mobile phone using a special code to inquire about transactions on your accounts and other banking services (13 services).

 

How to use this service and subscribe to it:

 

You can subscribe to this service through this website https://sms.hbtf.com.jo/, or you can visit us at one of our branches to fill the subscription application.

 

Through this website you can:

·          Update your personal information;

·          Select the account you want to receive information on;

·          Select the various SMS services you would like to receive; and

·          Select the days in which you prefer to receive the messages.

 

Iskan SMS services include:

 

Push SMS Service "messages from system when executing transactions on accounts"

1.     Last two transactions;

2.     Overdraft Account (for Acc.);

3.     Cheque withdrawal causing overdraft;

4.     Cheque of certain amount (for Acc.);

5.     Returned cheque (for Acc.);

6.     Salary Deposit (for Acc.);

7.     Date F/D Maturity (for Acc.);

8.     Maturity notification (L/C, LG, B/D);

9.     Alerts Point of Sales;

10.  Matured overdraft facilities;

11.  Exceeding Approved Limit (for Acc.);

12.  Remittance deposit (for Acc.);
