January 2019 – Amman, Jordan: The Housing Bank has recently launched the eNABLE e-learning platform for its employees in cooperation with Salalem, a leader in electronic training and education, in a step to enhance performance and achieve higher levels of productivity.
The innovative idea, which was launched by the Training and Development Center/ Human Resources Department at the Housing Bank, will provide the opportunity to take specialized training courses on the eNable platform, and then receive electronic certificates after taking the necessary exams on the platform. .
The eNable platform provides Housing Bank employees with regular and continuous training, with the aim to refine their skills and basic banking knowledge, allowing them to master specialized banking methodologies and concepts, such as compliance, anti-money laundering techniques, information security and others, in addition to creating an organizational environment and culture that encourages education and skill acquisition.
The eNable platform is a highly flexible platform that provides employees with knowledge in an easy and effective way, without disrupting their day-to-day work in the Bank's various units and departments. The platform also includes many incentives and rewards for the best-performing employees throughout the program to further encourage their training and development.
